Sahjanand Engineering produces Heavy Duty under the brand name maruti although wire rope hoists are made of a durable material, they are lightweight. The steel rope drum used in wire rope hoists is precisely machined with grooves to support the wire rope. With a Helical Bevel Gear box of Standard Brand, the rope drum is coupled to the engine. On the input side of the drive, a fail-safe electromagnetic brake is installed to prevent unintentional load decrease in the event of a power outage.

As a standard design, steel wire rope with a steel core is offered. According to the needs of the customer, stainless steel wire rope with a stainless steel sheave and bush bearings is provided. In a typical design, the trolley travels along a straight path. When a customer requests it, a bogie-type trolley is available to navigate curves.

Square cage, fully enclosed, fan-cooled motors with class F insulation are used. As a standard feature, an upper and lower hook travel limit switch is offered. The DOL contactor starters are offered for motors in the typical design. VVVF drives are provided in accordance with customer requests.
